Privacy Statement 

Information will not be shared outside of my organisation (“Lucy Newsum”), unless required to do so by law.

Within my organisation, only myself and one other person working for my organisation has access to information held from the website and other business-related information. No one else has access.

The information held about clients is —

The client’s full name;

Email addresses and phone numbers supplied by clients;

Personal details disclosed during coaching sessions;

Passwords (for your login to your personal resource hub on my website).

On request, data will be deleted.

On request, data will be disclosed about a client to that person.

All coaching sessions are recorded. Session recordings will be held for one year, during which period only myself and one other person working for the organisation and the client can access it. After this period, the recordings will be deleted. 

If a person provides my organisation with an email address, emails will be sent to that address until such time as the person unsubscribes. If a person unsubscribes, they will no longer be emailed but the email address may still be stored on my organisation’s database, unless the persons ask for it to be deleted. 

Me and my organisation will not work with anyone under the age of 18 years old.    

Data Protection

I have registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office). Given the size of my organisation, I do not require a Data Protection Officer.

Anything the Client shares is confidential. Information shared during the coaching sessions will not be shared in anyway whatsoever other than as set out in the Privacy Statement above (except where required to do so by law).  

You acknowledge that sessions will be recorded and available for you to view. Recordings can be viewed when you log in to your personal resource hub (with your personal login details) on the Lucy Newsum website. Only those stated in the Privacy Statement have access to those recordings and only for 365 days following the completion of your session; after that time, the recording will be deleted.  

Payment and Refunds

Your discovery call is free of charge and there is no obligation to continue with the suggested package following that call.

A payment link will be sent to you following the discovery call, if you agree to continue with the package 

Payment must be made 24hrs prior to completing your first session 

Lucy Newsum will offer you a 50% refund on each session missed if you are unable to complete the entire package.  

The legal stuff!

By purchasing a coaching package with the Lucy Newsum organisation (“Lucy Newsum”), you (the client) warrant that: (i) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and (ii) you are at least 18 years of age. 

You acknowledge that the coaching Lucy Newsum offers does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders and that the coaching is not to be used as a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals and that it is your (the client’s) exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed. 

You understand that your coaching results are dependant on your actions. You enter coaching with the full understanding that you are wholly responsible for creating your own results. 

All material relating to the coaching sessions is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. You (the client) may not record, use or reproduce any of the content without written permission 

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
