A free 15 day challenge for women in a season of change. 

Every day for 15 days you'll receive a short, practical emotional fitness strategy straight to your inbox. 

Designed to take 15 minutes or less, each daily strategy builds on the last and takes you on a journey to feeling more rooted, confident and joyful. 

You'll also join a private community of other women doing the challenge alongside you for support, inspiration and accountability. I'll be there too.
